Through your responses on the onboarding questionnaire, we will get to understand more about your company, mission and values, Key products or services, brand guidelines, target audience , including your branding and industry trends you want us to follow and challenges along with any ideas you already have for posts. We also review your website and social media channels in depth to get a good understanding of your brand voice and your visual style, so that we can continue in a similar style if thats what you want us to. We will research your industry, your competitors strategy or methods, so that we can put out high quality content that is very relevant for your audience. This helps us understand your messaging priorities

What happens if customer dont like what we create?

If we find that customer is not satisfied with the content we create at Rareside, heres how we handle it in case to case. We encourage customer to provide feedback on any content they receive. If something does not resonate or customer does not like, they can request for adjustments, and we will work closely with them to refine the content until it meets their expectations.
