Role Description

As a Marketing Assistant Intern, you will be involved in data analysis, market research, strategy building & list building to support for various projects. You will be responsible for the marketing of projects in our portfolio, including:

• Generate email content to promote the services and business updates within your industry portfolio

• Create social media strategy and content after approval, and help manage social media channels for multiple industries

• Perform daily list building and contact information scraping activities for various industry

• Manage and maintain the master list of contacts/database for each of the industries within your event portfolio

• Manage email responses and engage in the distribution of leads

• Stay abreast of competitive insights, benchmark and research competitors, and industry leaders in social media

• Implement pre-established strategy for social media platforms while continually evolving and adjusting content to meet and/or exceed metrics targets, including but not limited to engagement, follower growth, impressions, reach, and site traffic

Qualifications

• Specialization in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Market Research skills

• Proficiency in data collection tools and techniques

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM software

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team

• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical marketing practices
