Marketing Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Independently manage and coordinate projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with external stakeholders via email, providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns.

Process Navigation: Navigate marketing and team processes with ease, ensuring that projects adhere to internal protocols and client requirements.

Multi-Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources to deliver high-quality results.

Presentation Development: Create and present compelling PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations that effectively communicate project updates, strategies, and results.

Reporting: Generate and deliver comprehensive marketing reports using Microsoft Suite and other tools, providing actionable insights and performance analysis.

Problem-Solving: Independently address and resolve issues that arise during project execution, employing creative and effective solutions.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field.

• Experience in project and asset management at a mid-sized creative agency or marketing role.

• Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.

• Knowledgeable in marketing processes for effective project execution.

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Google Slides and CRM Software

• Strong written communication skills for professional client interactions.

• Experienced in generating and analyzing marketing reports

• Familiarity with project management software is a plus.

• Knows other language apart English. Preferred Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin & French
