Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will provide critical support to our Marketing and Designing team by coordinating with Social Media Coordinator, assisting in the growth of our client's online presence. You will get considerable opportunities to work with leading brands and amazing startups to build their next product and growth features.

You will apply your skills to quickly understand the unique voice of the client's brand, contributing to an excellent marketing experience and bring on table new strategies to bring growth for our clients and helping facilitate conversation among their larger audience.

Responsibilities:

• Research, track, and evaluate project and collaboration opportunities;

• Coordinate copy-writing, editing, and graphic design layouts for production of proposal submissions;

• Coordinate input from internal team members and customers

• Ensure there is on-brand messaging across all allocated social media channels

• Monitor and research industry trends and culturally relevant moments to push forward social media effort

• Track submission outcomes, coordinate debriefs, and ensure feedback influences future pursuits; and

• Work in a highly collaborative environment with a team looking to streamline processes, refresh current approaches, and increase impact.

In addition to proposal responses, responsibilities include:

• Update and revitalize current marketing and proposal resources

• Research, coordinate, and develop firm and project communication efforts 

• Coordinate photography and video documentation for selected projects

• Assist with digital marketing including upkeep of website blogs and social media channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field.

• Experience in project and asset management at a mid-sized creative agency or marketing role.

• Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.

• Knowledgeable in marketing processes for effective project execution.

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Google Slides and CRM Software

• Strong written communication skills for professional client interactions.

• Experienced in generating and analyzing marketing reports

• Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
