Refund Policy

At Rarecide, our services are designed to provide consistent value and meet your business needs. However, for transparency, we want to clarify our refund policy to avoid any misunderstandings.

General Policy

By signing up for our services, you accept our refund policy, acknowledging that all services are non-refundable.

This is because the services we offer are personalized, digital, and require manual labor. Rarecide operates as a low-cost, subscription-based social media management service rather than a full-service agency. We work on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Although we aim to deliver work that meets your expectations, this is not a "pay-only-if-satisfied" service. You are paying for our team's time and the creative output based on your provided brief, feedback, and revisions. We do not guarantee specific results, growth, engagement, or satisfaction, but we will gladly implement revisions as per your feedback.

Since our services operate on a subscription model, failure to use the service during your subscription term will not entitle you to either a full or partial refund.

Deliverables

If you are unsatisfied with the deliverables we provide, we do not issue refunds. However, we are happy to work on necessary revisions to improve the content as long as it aligns with the original brief.

Once a deliverable is approved, it is considered final, and no further revisions will be accepted.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Rarecide subscription at any time via our Client Portal by selecting 'manage subscription' under your account settings. Prorated refunds will not be provided for early cancellations. If you are charged because you did not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, we cannot offer a refund as the content creation process for your next round of deliverables will have already begun.

Renewal

All Rarecide services operate on a recurring subscription basis, which means you will be automatically charged at the beginning of each new billing cycle. Once a subscription renews, it is non-refundable, and you are expected to accept and use all deliverables for that billing period in accordance with the agreed terms.

Results

The content we provide is only one component of a broader business strategy. We do not guarantee specific business results, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. By engaging Rarecide, you acknowledge that you are paying for creative deliverables, not guaranteed business performance or marketing results. The content we create is based on your brief, and final approval rests with you.

Onboarding & Sign-Up

Failure to complete the onboarding process or submit your onboarding questionnaire does not qualify for a refund. However, we can convert your payment into credits for other services if desired.

Refund requests submitted immediately after completing the onboarding process are not eligible for a refund, as service production begins upon receipt of your brief. If you prefer, we may be able to convert your payment into credits for future services.

Technical Issues

You are paying us for creating social media content. The posting and scheduling of that content is an added service at no extra cost. Therefore, no refunds will be provided for any issues related to the posting or scheduling of content. That said, we will always do our best to resolve any technical problems that may arise.

If you encounter issues connecting your social media accounts to our scheduling platform, this does not qualify for a refund. If the problem cannot be resolved, we recommend downloading the content and posting it manually. Our work is complete once the content is created, and posting is a value-added service that does not warrant a refund in case of technical difficulties.

We cannot post any content to your social media accounts until at least one account is successfully connected to our scheduling platform. Should your social media account become disabled, or if posts related to sensitive industries (such as weight loss, cannabis, alcohol, etc.) are removed by the respective platform, we will not be held accountable, and no refund will be provided. Since you approve all work before it is posted, the responsibility lies with you.

Mistakes

While we adhere to a strict quality control process, errors can occasionally occur. It is critical for you to review and approve content carefully. Refunds will not be issued for minor mistakes such as typos, incorrect information, or timing issues related to posts.

• We do not offer refunds for typographical errors or minor mistakes in the deliverables.

• We do not offer refunds if a post is published on the wrong date, although we can reschedule posts or create new ones if necessary.

• We do not offer refunds if a post cannot be scheduled because its intended publication date has passed, but we can create a replacement post.

Delays

Effective communication is essential for timely delivery. We will not issue refunds for delays caused by the client, including late approvals or missed feedback deadlines.

If delays are caused by Rarecide, we do not offer refunds, but we can extend your billing period to make up for lost time. Delays on the client’s part, however, will not result in any extensions or refunds.

If you fail to submit the onboarding questionnaire within 25 days of signing up, we will proceed to create deliverables based on our own research, and no revisions will be allowed. If we do not receive feedback or approval before the next billing cycle, we will continue to create content for the next month to ensure consistent delivery, which you can approve at a later date. No revisions will be accepted for deliverables that have been awaiting your approval for more than 30 days.

Credit Card Disputes

By signing up for Rarecide services, you agree not to dispute any payments for reasons covered in our terms and refund policy. In the event of a credit card dispute, all content created or published on your behalf during your subscription will be deleted automatically, and we will not be able to restore it.

Disputes halt all communication, account work, and credits. If you win a dispute against us even though it contradicts our refund policy, we will send you an invoice for the disputed amount, including any fees incurred, with payment due immediately. If unpaid, your account may be turned over to collections and reported to credit bureaus.

Blackmail & Threats

We do not tolerate attempts to bypass our refund policy through blackmail, threats of negative reviews, or other forms of extortion. Any attempts to coerce a refund through such methods, despite us having fulfilled our part of the agreement, will not be entertained.

Many review platforms have policies against using reviews as blackmail, and unjust reviews may be removed. Should this occur, we may pursue legal action to defend our reputation, as blackmail and extortion are criminal offenses. We will also seek civil remedies for damages caused by false negative reviews related to refund demands.

We appreciate your understanding of these policies, which are designed to maintain transparency and fairness while ensuring the highest quality of service for all our clients.
